Succession
We advise our Clients in the area of succession, offering support in planning and implementing processes for transferring assets and managing family businesses.
In this regard, we provide assistance in the development and implementation of succession structures permitted by Polish law (such as family foundations under Polish law) and, in collaboration with foreign law firms, we also facilitate succession and investment vehicles available in other jurisdictions.
In the area of succession consulting, we also offer support in preparing documentation related to inheritance and act as executors of wills for our Clients.
