Łukasz Bobeł is an expert in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and capital markets. He graduated with honors in law from the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań and completed a course in British law and European Union law at the University of Cambridge.

As a member of the International Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and the person responsible for international contacts within the Law Firm, he is involved in international cooperation in the field of legal consulting, permanently cooperating with the largest and most recognized law firms in the world, in particular in the area of ​​mergers and acquisitions.

He advises primarily on complex M&A transactions, both on the seller and buyer side, as well as in the area of ​​project financing and stock exchange trading. His Clients are mostly large international concerns, large and medium-sized companies, venture capital funds and companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
